Prospert is entering the US by launching its market leading employer engagement training to American based organisations helping job seekers with complex barriers.

Its first US client is Chapel Haven Schleifer Center – a pioneering organisation based in New Haven, Connecticut which offers a range of programs for adults with a disability seeking a happy, independent life.

Chapel Haven and the Diana Davis Spencer Foundation are investing in a new model, CareerAbility, to procure meaningful employment for people with developmental and social disabilities. Employer engagement is an important focus in the new model.

“Chapel Haven will be the first of many clients in the US. We’re looking forward to working with more international not-for-profits and businesses who are on a shared journey to transform lives, businesses and communities through meaningful employment,” says Prospert Founder, Paul Diviny.

“The staff all feel that your training was one of the better ones yet!” says CareerAbility’s ExecutiveDirector, Danielle M. Chiaraluce.

“The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, along with an increased take-up of digital training methods, have strengthened Prospert’s appeal to global customers.

“What’s becoming very clear is that the problem of finding sustainable employment for disadvantaged job seekers is a global issue. There’s a universal need to focus on economic opportunity and meaningful employment for long term unemployed, youth and people with disabilities,” he says.

Established in 2020, Prospert is a learning, consulting and tendering management business with a focus on employability services. During the past two years, the team has grown to 25 industry professionals, based around the world, with deep subject matter expertise including expert trainers and mentors, strategic project managers, business analysts, tender writers and various subject matter experts.

Prospert’s highly respected training programs bring together decades of experience and include ‘Effective Employer Engagement’ and ‘Leading Employer Engagement’. Its new Learn@Prospert platform offers blended online learning using live skills development sessions, group coaching and one-on-one professional mentoring to organisations globally.

“More than 10,000 employment consultants have participated in Prospert’s employer engagement training programs,” says Paul.

“The US market offers many great opportunities for us to export our market leading content!”
